Return Policy
At stiarie, we want customers to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.
Before sending any product back, you must first contact us at payment@stiarie.com to request return approval and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in appropriate condition. Products should be unused or reasonably preserved and, whenever possible, returned with original packaging, included parts, and accessories. Because tool kit sets may contain multiple components, customers are encouraged to ensure that all pieces originally received are included in the return package where applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified issue such as a damaged item, defective product, or incorrect item received. If your order arrives with a problem, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so that we can review the matter and assist accordingly.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the timing of the returned funds may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
Stiarie reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy, including unauthorized returns, incomplete returns, products returned in unsuitable condition, or returns sent to a location other than the designated return address.
